The founders of Goodlord, which transformed how hundreds of thousands of renters and landlords navigate the UK housing market; Pando, a secure clinical messaging platform deployed across the NHS and Ministry of Defence to help frontline teams communicate safely and efficiently; and Lily, an AI-powered recruitment assistant designed to help frontline workers in health, care, hospitality and logistics find roles where they can truly thrive.

Alongside our startup work, our team on the NHS Clinical Entrepreneurs Programme, supporting clinicians who are building new solutions to real-world healthcare challenges. We’re passionate about bridging the gap between technology and lived experience on the frontline, and believe that innovation only works when it feels practical, inclusive and rooted in human needs.

With increasing focus on the future of work, particularly how voice technology and AI can be used to remove barriers for people who are often excluded from opportunity: those without formal qualifications, those returning to work, those for whom traditional application processes do not work, and those working in undervalued but essential roles.
